ADDITRON LTD operates as an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any original equipment manufacturer (OEM), unless explicitly stated.

References to OEM names, part numbers, or systems are provided solely to indicate compatibility and product functionality.

ADDITRON LTD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application before purchase.

Customers are strongly advised to read all product instructions and guidelines prior to installation and use. Where uncertainty exists, professional advice should be sought.

Ownership of Goods

All goods supplied remain the property of ADDITRON LTD until full payment has been received.

Until ownership transfers:

• The customer must store goods safely and maintain them in good condition
• Goods must not be resold, transferred, or modified without written consent
• ADDITRON LTD reserves the right to reclaim goods in cases of non-payment

Any recovery costs may be charged to the customer where applicable.

Product Description & Branding

We aim to provide accurate and clear product descriptions; however, errors may occasionally occur. ADDITRON LTD does not accept liability for minor inaccuracies or omissions.

Product terminology:

• “Original” / OEM
  Indicates genuine products manufactured by the original brand
• “Additron Brand” / “Compatible”
  Indicates high-quality products manufactured by trusted third-party suppliers for ADDITRON LTD

Customers are encouraged to contact us if clarification is required prior to purchase.

Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We reserve the right to cancel orders where this requirement is not met.

Returns & Cooling-Off Period

Consumers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Conditions include:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Handling must not exceed what is reasonable for inspection
• Refunds are processed after inspection

This right applies to B2C customers only and does not extend to business purchases (B2B).

Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Warranty & Guarantee

OEM Products

Warranty is provided by the original manufacturer. Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly.

Additron Products

We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated).

Warranty claims require:

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Return authorisation before sending items

Returned items must be properly packaged and include all relevant documentation.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or alterations
• Damage caused by external factors

Refunds & RMA

Returns require prior approval and may require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returned items must include:

• Proof of purchase
• Order or invoice details
• Clear reason for return

We reserve the right to:

• Apply restocking fees where appropriate
• Reject incomplete or improperly documented returns
• Charge for testing where no fault is found

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed inclusive and exclusive of VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Orders placed with incorrect pricing may be cancelled and refunded

Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Failed payments may incur additional administrative fees.

Stock Availability

Product availability is indicated as follows:

• In Stock: Ready for dispatch
• Extended Delivery (e.g. 7–14 days): Sourced from external suppliers or incoming stock

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to supplier or logistics factors.

Delivery & Risk

Orders are shipped via trusted UK carriers.

• Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed to the courier
• ADDITRON LTD is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit

If a delivery is delayed or missing:

• An investigation period may apply before replacement or refund is issued

Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ADDITRON LTD excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses
• Liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

WEEE Compliance

We support responsible disposal of electronic waste.

• Customers should not dispose of electrical items in general waste
• Recycling facilities and local collection points should be used
• Where applicable, we may offer take-back services on a like-for-like basis

General Terms

• These terms form the entire agreement between ADDITRON LTD and the customer
• Any conflicting customer terms are not accepted
• If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
