Our returns policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Requests made outside this period may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law or covered under warranty.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and components
- Any sealed, vacuum-packed, or protective packaging must remain unopened
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items must only be handled to the extent necessary to inspect them, as would be permitted in a retail environment.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for certain items, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used consumables (e.g. filaments, resins)
- Items with broken seals or opened packaging
- Customised or special-order products
- Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
- Gift cards
These restrictions are in place to maintain product quality and safety standards.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
- Be in resaleable condition
- Be free from damage not caused during delivery
- Include all original parts, packaging, and documentation
If items are returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to:

- Apply deductions, which may be up to 100% of the item value

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are:

- Damaged
- Incorrectly supplied
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Returns

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service for higher-value items
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You may receive store credit equivalent to the return value
